Pros: - great location; not busy & in the heart of Rhinelander. close to Dunkin, Starbucks, Culver’s, the Hodag store, Walmart etc. - workers were nice & helpful - beds were comfy - air worked amazingly (the best part of staying at a hotel!!) - pool area was great! warmed pool was a great size, along with a huge hot tub “spa”. bathrooms, shower + towels in the pool room. - free hot breakfast from 6-10am (eggs + sausage), cereal, bagels, muffins, bread, waffles, coffee, fruit, yogurt, milk, juices

The staff was excellent! I was able to give wet towels to a cleaning person who immediately gave me sets of dry towels. The main desk person (Peggy) went out of her way to get me a spoon so that I could mix hot cocoa in my room. This visit was very quiet. Last time a kids’ hocky team was staying there and woke us up at 11:30 at night! This time I requested a room as far away from the pool as possible, and no youth sport teams were staying here.

The breakfast was good, something a little different everyday. The dining area was nice and very clean. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful even though they had to work through the holidays. I loved how festive the lobby and dining area were decorated. The lemon water was awesome and great that it was available all day/night long as well as the coffee(which this exhausted grandma needed badly).

We have stayed here before and liked it so we returned. It was a great location. The bed was comfortable and a great staff greeted us. The breakfast was adequate, but the eggs had cheese, which I like, but my wife can't have it. She did enjoy the fruit and blueberry muffins though.
